Andy is often on the front line when it comes to finding people. He is a project manager with enough experience to have a few scars. He knows the importance of great candidates when finding the perfect person for the role to be filled.
Andy assists Nathan by reviewing the candidates and being on the technical panel that reviews the skills and qualifications of the candidates that Syngineering Connect screens and interviews.
“As a project manager, I know what it is like when a project is understaffed, and I know how difficult it is to find the right people for the different aspects of each project. For this reason, I have a say in the candidates that progress through our great system to ensure we find solid candidates. I look for the technical skills and project experience that candidates have, and make sure it aligns with what the customer or Syngineering needs to get the project completed on time, within budget.”
