Shane knows what to look for in an engineer, having worked his way up from a trade in engineering to Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
Shane likes to mix the old-school methods of finding great engineers with the new state of the art methods that Syngineering Connect uses. “I feel that if I give them a chance to demonstrate their problem-solving skill, and compare that against the information we obtain when we screen and interview the candidate, it gives me a very good feeling about what sort of engineer they will be”.
